Feel free to call the hotline of the city of Stuttgart. The team can be reached from Monday to Friday between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. at 0711 / 722 351 121. Questions can also be sent by e-mail. The team speaks German and Ukrainian.
On its website, the City of Stuttgart provides information for arrivals (PDF in German and Ukrainian) and helpers on accommodation, the right of residence, medical care, social services, counselling and assistance.
